You can now follow the biggest football moments from matches and events in real time, straight from your lock screen – without needing to open the BBC Sport app.
When you follow a team in the app, Live Activities and Live Updates can keep you up to date as the action happens, including goals, key moments and major match developments.
Live Activities are available on iOS 16 and above.
Live Updates are available on Android 16 QPR2 and above.
To receive them, you’ll need to have Live Activities enabled on iOS, or Live Updates and notifications enabled on Android.
