Outrage as vidimus shows police officer choking black man in tuxedo at Waffle House. As it stated in it ended by the 22-year-old black man in handcuffs & face drop outside a Waffle House.
The altercation among Wall & the police officer early Saturday was captured on cellphone video, which has been viewed further than one mn times on Facebook.
Wall was continue dressed in his black-and-tan tuxedo vest the time the incident occurred at a Waffle home in Warsaw, North Carolina.
Wall said the station which he was taking responsibility for his actions inside the Waffle House.
The officer’s hands “should have never been around my neck such as which if my hands were in the air,” he added.

Anthony Wall, 22, of Fayetteville, told he was at Waffle home by a group after taking his 16-year-old sister to prom.
He told he & his sister argued by Waffle home employees & the police were called.
The argument began the time a Waffle home employee cursed at people in his group after they sat at a table which had not been cleaned yet, he said.
Wall told he was found guilty by resisting catch & disorderly conduct for arguing by the Waffle home employees.
When asked if the officer’s attitude in the vidimus reflects what Warsaw officers are trained to do in such situations, Southerland told “no.”

Referring to EMBED >More break news Videos Officer filmed putting man in chokehold outside of a Waffle home in WarsawWarsaw police are investigating after a vidimus went viral of 1 of its officers putting a man in a chokehold.The incident happened on Saturday at Waffle House.Twenty-two-year-old Anthony Wall had only taken his 16-year-old sister to prom & went to grab a bite to eat the time he told he got into an argument by multi wait staff members.From there, police were called to remove Wall, which led to him being choked, slammed, & led away in handcuffs.
“I was Beautiful much trying to scream for air & trying to breathe because he was holding my throat & that’s the time I got aggressive by him because you are choking me,” told Wall.Police told Wall was found guilty by resisting catch & disorderly conduct for the argument inside the Waffle House.While he takes complete responsibility for his interaction by Waffle home employees, he told ABC11 the cop’s actions weren’t justified.
“Your hands ought have never been around my neck such as which if my hands were in the air,” told Wall.Police Chief Eric Southerland launched this statement to ABC11:The video, which was posted to Facebook, has been viewed thousands of times.Wall told ABC11 he only wanted to increase awareness.
