Suspect detained in connection to shooting announced at California high school

A suspicious was in custody Friday after a shooting was announced earlier in the day at Highland High School in Palmdale, Calif., the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Office said Fox News.
The sheriff’s office formerly tweeted which a male juvenile had been detained & a firearm was recovered.
“The subject said the dad, he bullet his gun in the air & was headed towards a native shopping center.”
Highland High School, which has an attendance of about 4,000 students, Information Systems located 65 miles from Los Angeles.
The sheriff’s office too tweeted which deputies investigated reports of bullets fired near Manzanita Elementary School, located about 7 miles from Highland High School, however the campus & school was cleared & no menace was discovered.

As declared in The shooting happened on the campus of Highland High School in Palmdale, California, around seven a.m. PT, even as some students continue were arriving at school.
Highland High student Katharina Smith, 16, told she was driving to the school the time she saw “a ton of police racing toward school.”
