Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has leased two duplex apartments in a luxury residential tower in plush Pali Hill locality of Khar west for a total rent of Rs 2.9 crore per year
Shahrukh Khan Leases Luxury Duplexes In Pali Hill
Shahrukh Khan has rented two duplexes in the Pali Hill area of Khar, Mumbai, for Rs 8.67 crore over three years, as per property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
The duplexes are located in a building named Puja Casa on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors. The first duplex is leased from actor Jacky Bhagnani and his sister, Deepshikha Deshmukh, for a monthly rent of Rs 11.54 lakh, with a security deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh, for a 36-month period.
The second duplex is rented from film producer Vashu Bhagnani for Rs 12.61 lakh per month, along with a security deposit of Rs 36 lakh, for the same three-year term. Both rental transactions were registered on February 14, 2025, with a stamp duty of Rs 2.22 lakh and registration fees of Rs 2,000.
This development follows Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan’s December 2024 news, where Gauri Khan applied to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two floors to the six-storey annexe behind their Mumbai bungalow, Mannat. The addition of 616.02 sq. meters of built-up area was sought to expand the property.
Further, Shahrukh Khan’s sea-facing apartment at Shree Amrit CHSL on Carter Road in Mumbai is reportedly set for redevelopment. According to a tender document from July 2024, the society is in talks with real estate developers to redevelop the 4,000 sq. meter plot, which includes three wings and over 45,000 sq. ft. of carpet area.
