CIE Automotive: The company reported a 9% increase in its Q3 consolidated net profit, rising to Rs 184.9 crore from Rs 168.9 crore last year.

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare: The company posted a net profit of Rs 44.3 crore, down 35% from Rs 67.9 crore year-on-year.

Religare Enterprises: The Burman family has acquired control of the company and will collaborate with the leadership team and board to strengthen its strategic direction and long-term value creation.
