Spicy-Sweet Winter Tostadas : Mango Habanero Double Tostadas

The El Pollo Loco Mango Habanero Double Tostadas are making their debut at participating locations starting today as a deliciously sweet and spicy (swicy) menu item for diners to try out this winter.

The menu item comes in three variations to choose from including the classic Fire-Grilled Chicken, Baja Shrimp or chicken and shrimp. Each of the tostadas are packed with at least 40-grams of protein with the chicken variety topping out at 65-grams. The sweet, spicy and savory tostadas are priced starting at $11.29 and also put a textural experience in the spotlight thanks to the crispy tostada shell.

Chief Marketing Officer Jill Adams spoke on the El Pollo Loco Mango Habanero Double Tostadas saying, “Our customers have been loving the sweet heat of our Mango Habanero Chicken, so we wanted to give them more opportunities to enjoy this flavor innovation on additional menu items. Our tostadas provide the perfect backdrop for another deliciously swicy experience.”
